The Full Story

Welcome! I'm Aakash (Kash), a former US Army Green Beret. After years of rigorous training in and outside of the Army, I’ve mastered the art of staying in peak physical condition and maintaining an unbreakable mindset, even while managing injuries and other roadblocks.

Throughout my career, I have faced numerous challenges that tested my physical and mental limits. I worked with several doctors, physical therapists, and trainers, but their advice often fell short. They told me to "modify my routine," "avoid heavy lifting," and steer clear of explosive, fast movements. Most operators face this same issue when the resources available to us tell us to be conservative and not be strong/ explosive. Refusing to accept these limitations, I embarked on a journey to discover what truly works.

Through trial and error, I developed a unique approach to fitness and rehabilitation that defies conventional wisdom. I combined my firsthand experience with insights from various medical and fitness professionals to create programs that allow individuals to overcome injuries, age, and time constraints, and still perform at their highest levels.

Today, I am dedicated to sharing these proven methods with others. My online fitness and mindset coaching business is designed for operators, first responders, tactical athletes, and anyone who refuses to be held back by physical or mental barriers. Our programs not only focus on physical conditioning but also incorporate a mindset and community approach to unlock your full potential.
